Top Chef, Bravo’s James Beard Award-winning food show, selected the Terlato Wine Group – owner of five premium California wineries – to craft  two elegant wines that are refined, well balanced and food friendly. The result: Quickfire Napa Valley Chardonnay and Quickfire Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, wines which will compliment a wide range of food styles. For more than a half-century, the Terlato family has brought some of the world’s finest wines to American tables to enhance the culinary experience, and Quickfire wines will now be among them.

Quickfire Napa Valley Chardonnay has crisp acidity and exhibits flavors of Granny Smith apples with a hint of orange blossom.  This full-bodied wine exudes creamy notes reminiscent of great white Burgundies.  Pair with roasted chicken, pork loin or veal dishes. Quickfire Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, exhibits blackberry and currant flavors along with notes of dark chocolate and cassis. With silky tannins and a long finish, this wine will pair well with grilled or braised meats and game.
