Tangley Oaks 2013 Willamette Valley Pinot Noir Lot #23 has the refined fruit and elegance that can only be found in a Willamette Valley, Oregon Pinot Noir. The subtle offerings of this wine accentuate the complexities that make Oregon Pinot Noir a world renowned classic and stand out, arguably impossible to duplicate anywhere beyond the Pacific Northwest State. Almost all of the grapes were grown in two separate vineyards around the Dundee areas. There was another flatlander vineyard around Salem and another small portion of the grapes grown in a smaller vineyard in McMinville area. The Tangley Oaks Willamette Valley Pinot Noir is strictly engaged in the sustainability traditions that are so important to the Oregon way of grape growing.

Tangley Oaks 2014 Willamette Valley Pinot Noir Lot #25 has the refined fruit and elegance that can only be found in a Willamette Valley, Oregon Pinot Noir. The subtle offerings of this wine accentuate the complexities that make Oregon Pinot Noir a world renowned classic and stand out, arguably impossible to duplicate anywhere beyond the Pacific Northwest State. The grapes for the 2014 Willamette Valley Pinot Noir were carefully selected from the following areas: 40% Yamhill-Carlton, 18% McMinnville, 7% Dundee Hills, and 35% greater Willamette Valley.

    Pinot Noir
The grapes were destemmed and crushed into small open top tanks for fermentation. The must was hand-punched down twice a day for an average of 9 days. Pressed at dryness, the wine was then racked to neutral French Oak barrels where malolactic fermentation occurred.
The wine was aged on lees in neutral French Oak for 8 months before racking clean to tank to be bottled. Oak is used as a complement, and does not take a prominent role in the wine profile.

Tangley Oaks 2013 Columbia Valley Cabernet Sauvignon Lot #17 is predominantly from three vineyard sites within the Columbia Valley (34%) and Wahluke Slope (66%) wine regions of Washington State. The Wahluke Slope AVA is an exemplary sub-appellation of the Columbia Valley and is carving out a reputation for big, bold wines rich in flavor and body. This region, fueled by a warm dry climate with ideal soils, is cooled by the wind and nourished by the water of the mighty Columbia River flowing nearby, creating a perfectly balanced wine. This community is known for producing very approachable red wines of quality and value.
