Pure

pure is the Junmai selection of the Pure Series. In order to qualify as a junmai, a sake must be made from sake rice with at least 30% of the rice polished away and use only rice, water, koji and yeast in the brewing process. The brewery is located in Akita where three rivers meet, a place known as being the source of the purest water since the time of the Samurai.
