Division Business Analyst  - Bannockburn, IL
This position is responsible for providing the data, tools and reports to the Sales organization. The incumbent will work closely with the Division Business Manager and Region Managers in a specified geography to manage their account receivables, resolve any discrepancies and keep their statements current. This role will also work to provide additional analysis and support to help the sales organization best focus their time and resources to achieve results. Business Intelligence/Data Warehouse Programmer Analyst  - Bannockburn, IL
Position Summary The BI/DW Programmer Analyst (“BDPA”) will provide analytical and technical support for business intelligence (BI) and data warehouse (DW) activities. This position is responsible for maintaining data processes and building solutions to meet business needs. The BDPA works with business clients to collect, clarify, and translate business requirements into project documentation and designs, and then creates the appropriate applications and solutions. The BDPA is also heavily involved with the distribution and successful delivery of all reports and applications.
Compliance Specialist  - Bannockburn, IL
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Complete and submit timely applications and renewals of all liquor related licenses and bonds through TTB and all states, including Sales Team licenses • Complete and submit brand registrations and renewals required for direct to consumer licenses • Shipcompliant Software-add new items and keep all license and brand registration information up to date. • Complete and submit price quote request and keep request up to date with price changes
Region Manager- CA  - Los Angeles, CA
This position is responsible for managing the California market in order to continue to grow the Terlato Wines International (TWI) portfolio of prestigious brands. The Region Manager directs and controls the execution of sales and consumer market development plans through key Distributor/Broker Principles and education and motivation of the Distributor/Broker sales force, to achieve optimum profitable sales volume. The incumbent must effectively develop and maintain positive relationships with wholesalers and brokers to drive sales performance through programming. A premium is placed on effective distributor management, leadership, managing people, and interaction with the Sales Leadership Team. This position is heavily focused on leading and providing education and hand selling of TWI’s select brands to key on/off premise accounts. District Manager- MA/RI  - Boston, MA
Position Summary: The District Manager is responsible for managing all on/off premise activities and programming within his/her designated accounts & distributors/brokers to ensure maximum market penetration, brand awareness and sell-through in MA and RI. The incumbent will implement various campaigns and point of sale materials in accordance with the business plan and nationally agreed upon promotions. The incumbent is expected to present / sell merchandising, shelf programs, and brand initiatives to his/her assigned distributor sales team that will increase distribution, achieve Terlato Wines International’s (TWI) objectives and increase consumer pull. This position is responsible for managing all sales within an assigned territory in order to continue to grow TWI’s portfolio of prestigious brands. Assistant/Associate Marketing Manager  - Lake Bluff, IL
This position is responsible for applying classical marketing knowledge, strategic concepts and leadership to drive profitability and enhance brand equity for the portfolio of brands and Terlato Wines. The position is responsible for defining, building and communicating brand plans, inspiring creativity, creating a positive interface with Sales to deliver volume objectives, and for managing brand P & L to ensure profit contribution. Marketing Manager (TD Artisan Spirits)  - Lake Bluff, IL
We are currently seeking an experienced and energetic Marketing Manager who will manage a portfolio of premium spirits from around the world. This position is responsible for applying classical marketing knowledge, strategic concepts and leadership to drive profitability and enhance brand equity for the portfolio of brands and TD Artisan Spirits. The position is responsible for defining, building and communicating brand plans, inspiring creativity, creating a positive interface with Sales to deliver volume objectives, and for managing brand P & L to ensure profit contribution. In addition, the Marketing Manager is responsible for maintaining a superior level of supplier satisfaction as a result of their day-to-day contact with our producers, developing and gaining approval to a strong brand positioning, assuring that all brand communication is timely and consistent with that positioning.
