District Manager, Southern California  - Los Angeles
Position Summary: The District Manager-Premier Division is responsible for managing all on/off premise activities and programming within his/her designated accounts & distributors/brokers to ensure maximum market penetration, brand awareness and sell-through. The incumbent will implement various campaigns and point of sale materials in accordance with the business plan and nationally agreed upon promotions. The incumbent is expected to present / sell merchandising, shelf programs, and brand initiatives to his/her assigned distributor sales team that will increase distribution, achieve Terlato Wines International’s (TWI) objectives and increase consumer pull. This position is responsible for managing all sales within an assigned territory in order to continue to grow TWI’s portfolio of prestigious brands. The incumbent is expected to understand and embrace the Terlato family philosophy, passion and company culture. Territory is Los Angeles and Orange County.
National Accounts Manager Off Premise - Southwest  - Texas
This position is responsible for all sales in both regional & national chains in order to continue to grow our portfolio of prestigious brands. The position is responsible for growing our portfolio of business in the south/southwest regions. Incumbent is expected to understand and embrace the Terlato family philosophy, passion, and company culture. Successful incumbent should reside in Texas.
Marketing Manager/Sr. Marketing Manager  - Lake Bluff, IL
We are currently seeking a friendly and energetic Marketing Manager/Sr. Marketing Manager who will manage a portfolio of luxury wines and manage two direct reports. This position is responsible for applying classical marketing knowledge, strategic concepts and leadership to drive profitability and enhance brand equity for the portfolio of brands and Terlato Wines International. The position is responsible for defining, building and communicating brand plans, inspiring creativity, creating a positive interface with Sales to deliver volume objectives, and for managing brand P & L to ensure profit contribution. Expected to understand and embrace the Terlato family philosophy, passion, and company culture.
Region Manager – Artisanal Spirits Division- West  - California
This position is responsible for managing all sales within an assigned group of states in order to grow the Terlato Wines International (TWI) portfolio of prestigious spirits brands. The Region Manager directs and controls the execution of sales and consumer market development plans through key Distributor/Broker Principles and education and motivation of the Distributor/Broker sales force, to achieve optimum profitable sales volume. The incumbent must effectively develop and maintain positive relationships with wholesalers and brokers to drive sales performance through programming. A premium is placed on effective distributing management, leadership and motivating people. This position is heavily focused on leading and providing education and hand selling of TWI’s select spirits brands to key on/off premise accounts. The incumbent will be responsible for leading the training and development of the distributor sales teams. The incumbent is expected to understand and embrace the Terlato family philosophy, passion and company culture. Territory includes CA, AZ, NM, NV, OR, WA, CO.
Accounts Payable Coordinator  - Bannockburn, IL
The Accounts Payable Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the approval and payments for vendor invoices, “full cycle AP”, in addition to the identification and resolution of any issues impacting timely processing. The Accounts Payable Coordinator is a specialist with a full time focus on the accounts payable payments cycle.

Social Media Intern  - Lake Bluff, IL
Terlato Wines International is seeking a Social Media Intern. The Social Media Intern will assist Marketing Managers in overseeing the day to day operational activities surrounding the facilitation, community management, and reporting of online communities– including brand website and social media channels. While working in a cross-functional team, the Social Media Intern is tasked with growing engagement and other key metrics by brand. This individual will effectively utilize knowledge of social media to assist Marketing Managers in executing brand programming and promotions online to drive community following, engagement and retention. The Social Media Intern will also be tasked with improving overall company social media strategy, including sharing best practices, reporting brand progress to the marketing team, and more.
