Division Sales Manager – Greek Portfolio  - New York, New Jersey, or Chicago
This position is responsible for managing all Boutari sales within an assigned territory in order to continue to grow TWI’s portfolio of prestigious brands. The assigned territory is NY, NJ, IL, FL and TX. The candidate must effectively develop and maintain positive relationships with accounts, wholesalers and brokers to drive sales performance. The position will be responsible for managing all on/off premise activities and programming within his/her designated accounts & distributors to ensure maximum penetration. The candidate is expected to present/sell merchandising, shelf programs and brand initiatives to his/her assigned distributor sales team to increase distribution, achieve business objectives and drive consumer pull. The Sales Representative directs and controls the execution of sales and consumer market development plans through key Distributor/Broker Principles and education and motivation of the Distributor/Broker sales force, to achieve optimum profitable sales volume.
Accounts Payable Coordinator  - Bannockburn, IL
The Accounts Payable Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the approval and payments for vendor invoices, “full cycle AP”, in addition to the identification and resolution of any issues impacting timely processing. The Accounts Payable Coordinator is a specialist with a full time focus on the accounts payable payments cycle.
Accounts Receivable Specialist  - Bannockburn, IL
The Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible for full cycle accounts receivable for a division of Terlato Wine Group; including contacting delinquent customers to secure payments, assisting with printing and mailing of statements, reviewing account histories with customers, and posting payments, credit memos, and adjustments.
Inventory Control Analyst  - Bannockburn, IL
Represent Terlato Wines International in a professional manner and maintain accurate inventory information in the company ERP system through timely entry of inventory transaction and monthly reconciliations.
Marketing Manager - Terlato Artisan Spirits  - Bannockburn, IL
This position is responsible for applying classical marketing knowledge, strategic concepts and leadership to drive profitability and enhance brand equity for the portfolio of Terlato Artisan Spirits brands. The position is responsible for defining, building and communicating brand plans, inspiring creativity, creating a positive interface with Sales to deliver volume objectives, and for managing brand P & L to ensure profit contribution. In addition, the Marketing Manager is responsible for maintaining a superior level of supplier satisfaction as a result of their day-to-day contact with our producers, developing and gaining approval to a strong brand positioning, assuring that all brand communication is timely and consistent with that positioning.
Assistant/Associate Marketing Manager  - Lake Bluff
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans to improve the volume and profitability of assigned brands within established objectives. The incumbent is responsible for program execution, analysis and summary. Expected to understand and embrace the Terlato family philosophy, passion, and company culture.
Drupal Developer  - Bannockburn, IL
This position is responsible for Drupal installations, public facing and internal. This position needs deep Drupal knowledge to manage several CMS solutions, support and help create new eCommerce Drupal websites including developing the Drupal environment (module setup), custom coding, and theming of the site to design specifications. The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of all aspects of Drupal, including machine specs, production setup, best practices, eCommerce, etc.
Business Intelligence/Data Warehouse Programmer Analyst  - Bannockburn, IL
The BI/DW Programmer Analyst (“BDPA”) will provide analytical and technical support for business intelligence (BI) and data warehouse (DW) activities. This position is responsible for maintaining data processes and building solutions to meet business needs. The BDPA works with business clients to collect, clarify, and translate business requirements into project documentation and designs, and then creates the appropriate applications and solutions. The BDPA is also heavily involved with the distribution and successful delivery of all reports and applications.
