Fine Wine Sales Development Manager - Estate  - Chicago, IL
Responsible for working with the field sales, trade, and distributors/brokers to assist in executing the Terlato Wines International’s (TWI) various wine sales and marketing programs, as well as assisting the sales team in developing educational and product knowledge tools to help sell TWI products effectively. This position is responsible for multi-state areas (typically 100% focus on top 5 key markets) and is responsible for partnering with local distributor/broker and TWI field sales teams to meet sales depletion and distribution objectives, although the incumbent is not directly responsible for distributor/broker management. The incumbent will be required to travel regularly. This position is heavily focused on hand selling of TWI’s select brands to high profile on/off premise accounts and providing brand education and is assessed on progress in division against distribution and depletion goals. The incumbent is expected to understand and embrace the Terlato family philosophy, passion and company culture.
District Manager - CT  - Connecticut
The District Manager is responsible for managing all on/off premise activities and programming within his/her designated accounts & distributors/brokers to ensure maximum market penetration, brand awareness and sell-through. The incumbent will implement various campaigns and point of sale materials in accordance with the business plan and nationally agreed upon promotions. The incumbent is expected to present / sell merchandising, shelf programs, and brand initiatives to his/her assigned distributor sales team that will increase distribution, achieve Terlato Wines International’s (TWI) objectives and increase consumer pull. This position is responsible for managing all sales within an assigned territory in order to continue to grow TWI’s portfolio of prestigious brands. The incumbent is expected to understand and embrace the Terlato family philosophy, passion and company culture.
Premier District Manager- Southern Florida  - Southern Florida
Position Summary: The District Manager-Premier Division is responsible for managing all on/off premise activities and programming within his/her designated accounts & distributors/brokers to ensure maximum market penetration, brand awareness and sell-through. Senior Marketing Manager/Marketing Manager  - Lake Bluff, IL
This position is responsible for providing leadership and direction to a brand team in order to grow the number one import luxury wine brand in the US Market- Santa Margherita. The position is responsible for defining, building and communicating brand equity by way of social media, digital and print advertising communication, inspiring creativity throughout the marketing team, creating a positive interface with Sales to deliver volume objectives and for managing TWI P&L to ensure financial goals and profit contribution are met or exceeded. The marketing leader is responsible for initiating and leading national brand marketing activities, executing and controlling the annual brand plan, coordinating the brand team, developing strong working relationships with the field team, third party agencies, and training/developing the brand team.
