Lake Bluff, Ill – Dec. 4, 2015 – Terlato Wines today announced that it will import a range of premium wine brands from Distell Group, South Africa’s and Africa’s leading producer of wines, spirits, ciders and ready-to-drink beverages. Nederburg, Two Oceans, Plaisir de Merle and Durbanville Hills will join the Terlato portfolio as part of a long-term agreement that deepens Terlato’s South African portfolio with four distinguished brands.  Over time, additional wine brands from Distell also will join the Terlato portfolio.

Lake Bluff, Ill / Nov. 25, 2015 – Terlato Wine Group and Distell Group Limited, South Africa’s and Africa’s leading producer and marketer of spirits, ciders, wines and ready-to-drink beverages, today announced they will merge Terlato’s Artisan Spirits division with Distell’s U.S. spirits division.  The merging of the two businesses will result in a joint venture to be operated as a division of Terlato Wines, with an important base of business in the U.S. spirits industry.

Lake Bluff, Ill / Oct. 14, 2015 – Terlato Wines today announced a new long-term agreement, effective Dec. 1, to take over as exclusive marketing agent for David Bruce Winery, located in the Santa Cruz Mountains AVA of California.  Known around the world for his exceptional Pinot Noir, David Bruce is a legend in California winemaking, after founding his winery in 1964 with one goal: to make the world’s greatest Pinot Noir.

Lake Bluff, Ill – July 10, 2015 – Terlato Wines today announced a long-term partnership with renowned Italian viticulturists Simonit & Sirch to introduce a pair of estate bottled DOC wines from the iconic Friuli Colli Orientali region in northeast Italy under the Terlato label: a Pinot Grigio and a Friulano.  The two new wines are an extension of the Terlato Family Vineyards brand.
