Nederburg, Two Oceans, Plaisir de Merle and Durbanville Hills will join the Terlato portfolio as part of a long-term agreement that deepens Terlato’s South African portfolio with four distinguished brands. Over time, additional wine brands from Distell also will join the Terlato portfolio.

The acquisition enhances the family’s Napa Valley estate vineyard holdings which include: the 66-acre Mee Lane Vineyard; the Terlato Estate Vineyard in the Rutherford appellation; 119 acres in Stags Leap District at Chimney Rock Winery; and now the 60-acre Juliana Vineyard parcel.
