The grapes for this wine come from some of Château de Meursault’s best vineyard sites, with well-drained, gravelly soils that give the wine its mineral freshness. It’s rich on the palate with subtle notes of almond, lemon and a bit of oak.

Fermentation
After a manual harvest, a long and progressive pressing allows winemakers to select only the richest of the juices. The static racking, which lasts for 12 hours, helps to clarify the must which is directly put into the oak barrels for further alcoholic fermentation.
Aging
Aged in 50% new and 50% 1 – 2 yr. old oak barrels, then in stainless steel vats.
