A brilliant yellow color, this wine is very expressive, opening with floral notes that segue to fresh aromas of lemon and grapefruit. The well-drained, gravelly soils of the vineyard give the wine its full, well-balanced mineral character and lengthy finish.

Fermentation
After a manual harvest, a long and progressive pressing allows winemakers to select only the richest of the juices. The static racking, which lasts for 12 hours, helps to clarify the must which is directly put into the oak barrels for further alcoholic fermentation.
Aging
Aged in new oak barrels (about 35%) as well as in barrels of one or two years. After 12 – 15 months, the barrels are blended together just before the bottling.
