Classic, well-structured and fruit-forward, the Cuvée Brut is a blend of all three main grapes in the Champagne region: Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay. It is golden in color with delicate bubbles and flavors of pear, citrus and grapefruit – a wonderful introduction to Piper-Heidsieck Champagnes.

Fermentation
The wine goes through alcoholic fermentation in September and October, followed by malolactic fermentation from October to December. Blending takes place from February to April, followed by racking in January.
