This Grand Cru within the Puligny-Montrachet area was given the name “Chevalier,” or Knight, because it is the most elevated vineyard in the area. It is full-bodied with notes of spice, citrus, stone and toast. Quite soft on the palate, it delivers an extraordinary length and is age worthy.
