Anselmi is the flagship family-owned winery in the Veneto in northeastern Italy. It has achieved distinction under owner and winemaker, Roberto Anselmi, due to his passion for the land and his uncompromising focus on quality. Anselmi produces crisp white wines from the indigenous Garganega (gahr-GAH-neh-gah) grapes. Garganega is known for its distinctive lemon and almond characteristics, as well as for creating wines of intensity and mouth-filling texture.
Anselmi Capitel Croce is named for the location of its vineyards near the Croce shrine at the top of Zoppega hill in the Monteforte area of the Veneto. Brilliant gold with a bright amber hue, this fruit-forward, complex wine goes well with veal, pork, pâté, goat cheese and spicy dishes.
With vibrant aromas of tropical fruit, citrus and honey, Anselmi Capitel Foscarino pairs well with shellfish, risotto, grilled vegetables and creamy cheeses.
Made from 100% Garganega grapes, Anselmi I Capitelli is a rich, deep gold color with mouthfilling ripe fruit flavors and lingering notes of honey and maple. It is a complex and full-bodied wine, perfect with lobster, foie gras, blue cheese, pastry or fresh fruit.
Anselmi San Vincenzo is grown in the Monteforte area within the Veneto region of northern Italy. Light straw in color, it is crisp and pure with scents of minerals, perfect with grilled fish or roast chicken.
