Anselmi Capitel Croce is named for the location of its vineyards near the Croce shrine at the top of Zoppega hill in the Monteforte area of the Veneto. Brilliant gold with a bright amber hue, this fruit-forward, complex wine goes well with veal, pork, pâté, goat cheese and spicy dishes.

Fermentation
Cold maceration followed by a soft pneumatic pressing. The wine ferments in French Allier barriques for eight months with regular battonage.
