Cecchi COEVO

Cecchi COEVO 2011

The word coevo means “contemporary” in Italian, the perfect name for this elegant wine.  Cecchi Coevo embodies the goal of the Cecchi family to combine the historical winemaking techniques of Chianti Classico with the innovative styles of wine in Maremma. The blend of grapes in Cecchi Coevo changes with every vintage, but is generally based on Sangiovese,  blended with classic Bordeaux varietals such as Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, resulting in a lush, silky wine.
