"Sorì" is Piedmontese for a hilltop with a southern exposure, and "Tildìn" was the nickname of Angelo Gaja's grandmother, Clotilde Rey. Deep purple with a complex aroma of toast, minerals, sour cherries, cedar and spice, the wine has a round texture with fine tannins and a rich flavor.
