Produced exclusively from 100% Sangiovese grapes picked by hand from 20-year-old vines, this wine is matured for three years in French oak barrels and bottle-aged. It is ruby red with garnet undertones, and an intense, persistent aroma of red fruits, marasca cherries, leather, spices and vanilla. The texture is structured and full-bodied, with an excellent freshness and balance.
