Langlois-Chateau first established its reputation with its rich and elegant Crémant de Loire sparkling wines. Crémant de Loire is a rigorously regulated appellation that specifies hand harvesting, light pressing and long maturation. Langlois-Chateau has continually refined its own standards to exceed those of the appellation. Unique to the Crémant’s style is the addition of Cabernet Franc for additional roundness and structure.

Separate vinification in 100 hl temperature controlled, stainless steel tanks. Gentle pneumatic pressing (160kg of grapes for 100 liters of must).
Length/Type of Aging:
Minimum of 24 months maturation on fine lees.
