Bordeaux Clairet (Rose)
2012
2012

One of the oldest Chateaus in Bordeaux, originating in 1366, Chateau Timberlay produces estate grown Bordeaux wines with an ecological and terroir driven philosophy. Their offerings combine tradition and authenticity and an approach that makes Bordeaux accessible. Clairet is a unique style of rose, with a longer time of maceration on the skins and thus more intensity of flavor. The Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon for this blend are grown in a unique vineyard with clay-limestone and sandy soils on a clay sub soil.
