Saint-Aubin Premier Cru "Les Charmois"
2012
2012

Bordering the appellations of Chassagne-Montrachet and Puligny-Montrachet, Saint-Aubin produces wines with similar style with roundness and structure.  The soil is mixed of limestone and clay, which often gives a brown calcareous look.

Ramonet’s Charmois is mineral, with opening wood notes followed by round, supple and vibrant middle weight flavors, with aromas of ripe pear, apple and floral overtones. A superb showing for a wine that can age gracefully.  Vines were planted in 1972.
