Pouilly Fuissé
2015
2014

Located south of the Mâconnais, the Pouilly-Fuissé appellation covers four municipalities. Mosaic of climates, it produces white wines of gastronomy. Trénel Pouilly-Fuissé comes from vines nestled between the rock of Solutré and Vergisson. It combines sharp limestone soils in the roundness of the clay soil to give a complete wine. This wine can be served as an aperitif or throughout the meal. It goes beautifully with white meat, chicken in cream sauce, fish and shellfish and even goat cheese.

Wine Notes
Color
Brilliant gold
Aroma
Fruity aromas of peach, lemon and green apple. Lighter notes of jasmine and acacia with buttery and mineral hints.
Taste
Minerality is the backbone of this wine. The clayey soil of Pouilly gives it its fruity aspect and amplitude. This wine is crisp and full- bodied at the same time and has a long saline finish and a high level of refinement.
