The two brothers run the operations closely with their father, Francesco Cusumano, and craft the wines with expert winemaker Mario Ronco. The wines are all estate grown and the family owns and operates more than 1,000 acres of vineyards located in different areas around Sicily. The grapes in this wine are grown in clay-based soil throughout the rolling hills of Presti e Pegni. The spicy yet subtle flavors of this Merlot are appreciated most when paired with heavy pastas.
