These wines are produced predominantly from estate owned vineyards in the Stellenbosch region, and the name is as unique as the wines! Guardian Peak is the highest peak in the Stellenbosch mountain range which overlooks the winery vineyards. These wines are meant to complement an active lifestyle and to be enjoyed anytime, anywhere. The fresh dark fruit and black cherry aromas are well integrated with smooth mocha coffee notes.
Taste
The dark mulberry and plum notes are prominent on the palate. There is a mocha undertone that is in beautiful balance with the subtle oak characteristic. This wine shows a fantastic mid-palate weight, and a rounded elegant finish.
