Bright nectarine and stone fruit freshness on the nose. Crisp citrus flavor with tangy lemon vibrancy that is matched by more of the nectarine and stone fruit fleshiness in the mouth. Lively with lovely light body and a gentle persistence.

The grapes were de-stemmed and pressed and the juice settled overnight. After racking, cold fermented with selected yeast strain cultures before being blended and bottled in October.

After fermentation the wine was left on its primary lees in 100% stainless steel tanks for 7 months, then bottled.

After fermentation the wine was left on its primary lees in 90% stainless steel tanks and 10% in 600 French oak barrels for 5 months, then bottled.
