District Manager- TD Artisan Spirits  - Chicago, IL
The District Manager-TD Artisan Spirits is responsible for managing all on/off premise activities and programming within his/her designated accounts & distributors/brokers to ensure maximum market penetration, brand awareness and sell-through. The incumbent will implement various campaigns and point of sale materials in accordance with the business plan and nationally agreed upon promotions. The incumbent is expected to present / sell merchandising, shelf programs, and brand initiatives to his/her assigned distributor sales team that will increase distribution, achieve TD Artisan Spirits objectives and increase consumer pull. This position is responsible for managing all sales within an assigned territory in order to continue to grow the spirits portfolio of prestigious brands.
District Manager- CRU, Central Region  - Chicago, IL
Position Summary: The District Manager is responsible for managing all on/off premise activities and programming within his/her designated area of geographic and account responsibility. This includes calling on and managing account & distributor/broker relationships ensuring maximum market development, brand awareness and sell-through. This position is responsible for managing all sales within an assigned territory in order to continue to grow CRU’s portfolio of prestigious brands. The incumbent is expected to understand and embrace the Terlato family philosophy, passion and company culture. This will include: 1. Making sales calls to and placements in targeted accounts within the territory. 2. Educating, managing and motivating the distributor partner sales force to profitably execute the sales and financial plans as indicated and outlined by our Fiscal Year plan and Terlato’s supporting sales planning/targeting documents. 3. The team member must effectively develop and maintain positive relationships with accounts, wholesalers and wholesaler representatives with the specific goal of executing the sales and financial plans and growing the business year of year. This will be accomplished by sales and placement execution, utilizing relationship building skills, agile people management skills, along with programming capabilities. 4. A premium will be placed on execution – executing sales targets and distributor goals against profit and distribution plans. This will include the team member personally interacting and establishing a strong working relationship with distributor principals, management, and their sales teams. This includes working the market with distributor sales team members and motivating them to present our brands and execute against our placement goals. 5. This position is heavily focused on : a. Selling fine and allocated wines, b. Taking personal and professional responsibility for executing the sales and distribution plans, c. Providing education to the distributor management and sales team, d. Hand selling TWI’s Cru Selection brands to key on/off premise accounts – individually and alongside distributor salespeople. 6. Accounts Payable Coordinator  - Bannockburn, IL
The Accounts Payable Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the approval and payments for vendor invoices, “full cycle AP”, in addition to the identification and resolution of any issues impacting timely processing. The Accounts Payable Coordinator is a specialist with a full time focus on the accounts payable payments cycle.
Direct to Consumer Manager  - Bannockburn, IL
Terlato Wines International has a direct-to-consumer online sales platform and e-commerce website called uncorked.com. The Direct to Consumer Manager role will support the development of this sales channel for the company, online retail marketing strategies and executing innovative digital marketing campaigns to deliver targeted revenue and profit growth. The Direct-to-Consumer Manager will focus on leveraging traditional and emerging digital platforms to drive customer acquisition and retention programs. will work closely with senior members of the management team and internal stakeholders and be seen as an advocate for uncorked.com and e-commerce within the company.
Marketing Director - TD Artisan Spirits  - Bannockburn, IL
This position is responsible for providing leadership and direction to the Terlato Distell Artisan Spirits brand team in order to achieve the growth targets established for the portfolio of spirits brands within the JV. The position is responsible for defining, building and communicating brand equity-inspiring creativity throughout the marketing team, creating a positive interface with Sales to deliver distribution and volume objectives, creating a positive interface with Distell Global Marketing to align US execution to global platforms and for managing the TAS P&L to ensure Gross margin and brand contribution goals. The Marketing Director is responsible for initiating, developing and leading national brand marketing activities, executing and controlling the annual brand plan, coordinating the brand team, developing strong working relationships with the field sales team, Distell Global Marketing and International Commercial teams, third party agencies, internal Terlato key constituencies and for training/development of the brand team.
