Staff Accountant  - Bannockburn, IL
The Staff Accountant is responsible for performing the month-end close while following established accounting principles, practices and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial statements. This position addresses tight deadlines and a multitude of accounting activities including general ledger preparation, financial reporting, and year-end audit preparation.
Direct to Consumer Manager  - Bannockburn, IL
Terlato Wines International has a direct-to-consumer online sales platform and e-commerce website called The Direct to Consumer Manager role will support the development of this sales channel for the company, online retail marketing strategies and executing innovative digital marketing campaigns to deliver targeted revenue and profit growth. The Direct-to-Consumer Manager will focus on leveraging traditional and emerging digital platforms to drive customer acquisition and retention programs. will work closely with senior members of the management team and internal stakeholders and be seen as an advocate for and e-commerce within the company.
Region Manager - San Benedetto  - New York, New Jersey, or Chicago
The Region Manager (RM) position will be responsible for managing all sales for the San Benedetto water brand. The brand is currently distributed through food service distributors in select markets, including NY, MA, FL, VA, and IL. Via Terlato Wines’ distributor network, the brand’s market and channel coverage will expand; key markets already identified for this expansion are CA, TX, IL, WA, IN, LA and MO. The RM must effectively develop and maintain positive relationships with wholesalers and other stakeholders in these markets to drive profitable sales performance through programming, responsible pricing, education, and consumer market development tactics. The incumbent is expected to understand and embrace the Terlato family philosophy, passion and company culture. A premium will be placed on a candidate’s proven track record of effective distributor management, leadership, managing people, sales skills, beverage knowledge (water and wine categories) and achieving sales plans.
Human Resources Coordinator  - Bannockburn, IL
The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for coordinating various administrative functions for the Terlato Wine Group Human Resources department, which include but are not limited to the coordination of the recruitment process, benefits assistance, general correspondence/employee questions, filing, training coordination, and other projects as assigned.
Marketing Director - TD Artisan Spirits  - Bannockburn, IL
This position is responsible for providing leadership and direction to the Terlato Distell Artisan Spirits brand team in order to achieve the growth targets established for the portfolio of spirits brands within the JV. The position is responsible for defining, building and communicating brand equity-inspiring creativity throughout the marketing team, creating a positive interface with Sales to deliver distribution and volume objectives, creating a positive interface with Distell Global Marketing to align US execution to global platforms and for managing the TAS P&L to ensure Gross margin and brand contribution goals. The Marketing Director is responsible for initiating, developing and leading national brand marketing activities, executing and controlling the annual brand plan, coordinating the brand team, developing strong working relationships with the field sales team, Distell Global Marketing and International Commercial teams, third party agencies, internal Terlato key constituencies and for training/development of the brand team. Assistant Public Relations Manager  - Hoboken, NJ
The Assistant PR Manager will support a premier portfolio of wines by executing PR programming. This position will report to the Director of PR in the Hoboken, NJ office.
District Manager  - Southern California, New York,
The District Manager is responsible for managing all on/off premise activities and programming within his/her designated accounts & distributors/brokers to ensure maximum market penetration, brand awareness and sell-through. The incumbent will implement various campaigns and point of sale materials in accordance with the business plan and nationally agreed upon promotions. The incumbent is expected to present / sell merchandising, shelf programs, and brand initiatives to his/her assigned distributor sales team that will increase distribution, achieve Terlato Wines International’s (TWI) objectives and increase consumer pull. This position is responsible for managing all sales within an assigned territory in order to continue to grow TWI’s portfolio of prestigious brands. Associate Marketing Manager  - Lake Bluff
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans to improve the volume and profitability of assigned brands within established objectives.
