Estate Region Manager, FL  - Florida
This position is responsible for managing all sales within assigned states in order to grow the TWI portfolio. The Region Manager directs and controls the execution of sales through key distributor principles as well as the education and motivation of the distributor sales force. He must effectively develop and maintain positive relationships with wholesalers to drive sales performance through programming. A premium is placed on brand distribution, distributor management, leadership, motivating people, interaction with the division leadership team and profitability of business. The Region Manager must understand and embrace the Terlato family philosophy, passion and company culture. This position reports to the Southeast Division Sales VP.
Staff Accountant  - Bannockburn, IL
The Staff Accountant is responsible for performing the month-end close while following established accounting principles, practices and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial statements. This position addresses tight deadlines and a multitude of accounting activities including general ledger preparation, financial reporting, and year-end audit preparation.
Public Relations Coordinator  - Hoboken, NJ
Full-time Coordinator wanted for the Public Relations department of a major U.S. wine importer. Opportunity to learn the fundamentals of an in-house wine communications team and media relations. We are seeking a professional with strong communication and organizational skills, as well as excellent problem-solving abilities. This is the perfect position for someone who is interested in learning about the wine business with hands-on experience at a dynamic company with a portfolio of luxury wines from around the globe.
Director of Sales, TD Artisan Spirits  - California
Position Summary: Responsible for overall management and results of the sales team covering assigned markets and distributors. The responsibilities include directing, controlling, managing, developing, motivating, and training their sales team. The role is expected to achieve and surpass distribution and depletion goals and manage within budget targets. The role oversees the development of by market, business plans—which include strategic and annual growth and investment objectives, organized around target consumer initiatives and the total market—and assures their execution. The role reports directly to the TDAS COO, and is recognized for a thorough understanding of all aspects of sales management, long and short range business planning, motivation, and team building. The Director of Sales is expected to understand and embrace the Terlato family philosophy, passion and company culture. Position is based in CA, and will manage a multi-state territory.
Marketing Manager (TD Artisan Spirits)  - Lake Bluff, IL
We are currently seeking an experienced and energetic Marketing Manager who will manage a portfolio of premium spirits from around the world. This position is responsible for applying classical marketing knowledge, strategic concepts and leadership to drive profitability and enhance brand equity for the portfolio of brands and TD Artisan Spirits. The position is responsible for defining, building and communicating brand plans, inspiring creativity, creating a positive interface with Sales to deliver volume objectives, and for managing brand P & L to ensure profit contribution. In addition, the Marketing Manager is responsible for maintaining a superior level of supplier satisfaction as a result of their day-to-day contact with our producers, developing and gaining approval to a strong brand positioning, assuring that all brand communication is timely and consistent with that positioning.
