Mathilde Chapoutier

Mathilde Chapoutier grew up on the famous slopes of Hermitage with her father, world-renowned winemaker Michel Chapoutier, but ventured far afield before returning to her homeland to embark on her own winemaking venture.  Nestled in the foothills of the bucolic Sainte- Victoire mountain, this estate’s clay and limestone soils create the ideal microclimate to perfectly ripen grapes.  With the same quality approach as her father, Mathilde captures the fruit forward, well-structured, dry rosé style beloved by today’s wine drinker.

Mathilde Chapoutier Côtes de Provence Rosé 2015

Pale pink in color, this rosé is fruit-forward and well-structured with bright acidity. Aromas of peach, citrus and tropical fruit lead to a round, delicious palate with flavors of stone fruit and a silky mouthfeel.
